Zumba® With Yane
Join Marius for an energetic 45-minute Zumba® class every Monday at Vanguard Karate, starting at 6pm.
'Zumba® With Marius' is a high-energy dance fitness experience that will get your heart pumping and your body grooving to the beat. In these dynamic sessions, Marius brings her vibrant personality and love for dance to create a fun and engaging workout.
MIND YOUR BODY
Join Pendora for 'Mind Your Body' classes every 3rd Sunday at 11am-1pm here at Vanguard Karate, where mindfulness meets the power of breath!
In these empowering sessions, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, focusing on mindfulness practices and breathing exercises. Pendora will guide you through techniques to harness the strength of your breath, fostering inner peace and holistic well-being. These classes provide a sanctuary for mental clarity, relaxation, and rejuvenation, offering a path to harmonize the mind and body. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to mindfulness, 'Mind Your Body' welcomes all levels in a supportive and nurturing environment.
